베이인터내셔널은 글로벌 배터리 기업의Customer Qualification Line(CQL)구축 프로젝트에 참여하며

Pilot Line설계,장비 구축,공정 안정화 및 생산 최적화 전반에 걸친엔지니어링 경험을 축적했다. 

프로젝트 수행 이후 고객사는 라인 가동 약4개월 만에생산 수율(Yield) 86%를 달성했다고 공식 발표했으며,이는 업계에서 초기 양산 안정화 수준을 크게 상회하는 성과로 평가됐다. 

고객사는 생산설비와 공정의 높은 효율성을 주요 성공 요인으로 소개했으며,이는 초기 공정 안정화와 생산성 확보가 효과적으로 이루어졌음을 보여주는 사례로 평가받고 있다. 

베이인터내셔널은 이러한 경험을 기반으로 공정 최적화와 생산 안정화 기술을 지속적으로 축적하며 글로벌 연구개발 프로젝트를 확대하고 있다.

BAY International has strengthened its engineering capabilities through participation in the construction of a Customer Qualification Line (CQL) for a global battery manufacturer.

Following completion of the project, the customer announced that the production line achieved an 86% manufacturing yield within approximately four months of operation, significantly exceeding the industry's typical initial production yield. According to the customer's official announcement, the result reflected the efficiency of both the manufacturing equipment and production process during the early production stage.

The project provided BAY with valuable experience in pilot line engineering, process stabilization, and production optimization. Today, the company continues to apply these capabilities across advanced battery R&D facilities and pilot manufacturing projects, supporting customers in accelerating technology development and production readiness.
